About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Operations Director to oversee daily finance and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cash receipts, payments, revenue recognition, and general ledger management.

They will be responsible for monitoring financial data, producing financial reports, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

In addition, they will establish and enforce expense policies, coordinate annual audits, and support fund-raising activities as needed.

The successful candidate will possess over 5 years of experience as an accounting manager, controller, or treasury manager, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

They will also have expertise in digital payment processing and a deep understanding of payment operations.

A relevant MBA Finance or BBA Finance degree is required, along with the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, bankers, and auditors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ownership mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, with a background in the financial services or payments industry being preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily finance and accounting operations.
  • Oversee cash receipts, payments, revenue recognition, and general ledger management.
