Job Description

The Operations Director is responsible for leading all operational aspects of banqueting and catering services. This includes ensuring excellence in event execution, guest experience, productivity, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, event operations, and logistical planning. They should possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, collaborating with sales, culinary, and service teams, developing and implementing SOPs, and monitoring quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction
