Job Title: Director of Engineering Operations

Overview:

The Head of Project is responsible for overseeing the construction, fit-out of new showrooms and related works, ensuring adherence to launch plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and obtain GFC for project sites.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for design, materials, QS reports, and costs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors in line with approved parameters.
  • Oversee civil and interior works across all company offices, branches, and showrooms.
  • Timely execute projects across multiple locations.
  • Develop store layouts with Architects and finalize with senior management.
  • Plan manpower allocation to construction sites.
  • Review progress with the team on a routine basis.
  • Achieve best practices for execution of interior works.
  • Track and update progress with PMO and senior management.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, be well-versed in project management principles, and have experience in civil engineering and project coordination.

In this role, you will work closely with senior management and site engineers to ensure successful execution of expansion plans.
