About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the adoption of our treasury platform. They will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, leveraging your expertise in treasury and trade solutions.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their continued engagement with our platform.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Treasury and Trade Solutions: Provide operational expertise in treasury and trade solutions to clients, ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in banking, with subject matter expertise in treasury, trade, and commercial borrowings.
  • Proven business development and account management skills, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
