Job Title: Treasury Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Treasury Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cash management, including daily reconciliation of corporate bank accounts, preparation of weekly and monthly reports, and ensuring compliance with treasury policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reconcile corporate bank accounts on a daily basis as part of the daily cash projection process.
  2. Review and prepare weekly cash reporting for distribution.
  3. Escalate unresolved issues with banks related to store deposit accounts.
  4. Prepare monthly cash, deferred financing, and treasury accrual journal entries.
  5. Enter journal entries into accounting software.
  6. Manage online banking and credit card portals.
  7. Prepare weekly and monthly Borrowing Base Certificate (BBC).
  8. Compile and upload files for monthly compliance reporting.
  9. Review account analysis for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with banks.
  10. Order bank supplies as needed.
  11. Support preparation of treasury-related budget items.
  12. Manage all banking and treasury activities for new store openings and closures.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or a similar finance role.
  3. Strong understanding of banking operations, ACH/wire processes, and cash flow management.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
  5. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  7. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
