Job Title: Team Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our operations team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, ensuring the efficient delivery of projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workflows to maximize project capacity
  • Ensure schedule adherence for self and team
  • Effectively manage operations by overcoming daily challenges
  • Communicate regularly with US offices through calls and emails
  • Perform random quality checks on team members' work
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit timely to recipients
  • Conduct daily meetings with team and provide process updates
  • Anticipate client needs and prepare reports
  • Review QC feedbacks and improve team quality
  • Uphold quality standards through spot checks
  • Understand and adhere to company policies

Requirements:

  • Graduate or master's degree in any stream
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Networking skills across the organization
  • Training skills to conduct process and soft skills training
  • Ability to create a challenging and fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO
  • Ability to de-stress work environment under pressure
  • Strong computer skills in Window, Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet/Intranet
  • Ability to learn quickly and teach members on process nuances
