Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a customer base of + customers based in the US, providing data services including IP, DIA, DWDM, DataCenter, and Ethernet.
  • Establish regular contact with customers, support their existing services and needs, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell their accounts.
  • Nurture high-touch customer relationships to position your company as the preferred provider for customers in India.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to design solutions that meet customer requirements, create commercial proposals, and manage the customer ordering process.
  • Ensure post-sale follow-up for delivery, service support, and billing/collections.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of experience in Telecom data services with direct US customer interaction.
  • Prior sales background and high attention to customer experience are preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of Data Services: DIA, IP, Ethernet, DWDM, DataCenter.
  • English fluency and excellent communication skills for effective networking internally and externally to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work US business day hours from India to speak with clients during their business day.
  • US Travel Visa for in-person customer visits in the US on a quarterly basis.
