Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client interactions, enhance customer engagement, and drive retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring seamless communication, and building long-term relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new members
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on customer leads, renewals, and service feedback
  • Track and analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer data in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales, operations, and front desk teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address complaints effectively and ensure quick resolution
  • Contribute to customer engagement initiatives, events, and retention campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or client-facing roles (preferably in fitness, hospitality, or aviation)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Problem-solving attitude with ability to handle customer concerns patiently and professionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
