Role Overview:

We are looking for Customer Relationship Manager
to manage and elevate customer engagement across our omni-channel business. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a similar retail or fashion brand, understands customer preferences, and has polished communication skills to build strong customer relationships and improve loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & implement CRM campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push.
  • Segment customers and create targeted journeys for engagement & retention.
  • Coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, and store teams for promotions & launches.
  • Monitor campaign performance, retention rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in CRM or Customer Retention (Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Prior experience working with a
    similar kind of brand
    (ethnic wear / apparel / fashion retail).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (MoEngage, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent & polished communication skills
    (written & verbal).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data & optimize campaigns.

Salary:
₹4 – 6 LPA
