Company Overview: Neuberg Supratech Reference Laboratories is a leading healthcare services provider with a strong presence in the industry.
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting B2B & B2C sales for the assigned territory.
Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹9-12 lakhs (based on experience) depending on your qualifications and performance.
Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote B2B & B2C sales for the assigned territory.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS IN THE PHARMA, HEALTHCARE, MEDICAL SERVICES, AND DIAGNOSTICS INDUSTRIES.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A graduate degree preferably in science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the pharma, healthcare, medical services, and diagnostics industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
