Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

This is a critical role in the organization given our people-centric business and organizational culture.

We are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about talent acquisition and can work closely with leadership to drive focus on key human resource metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation & benefits.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Engage with key internal and external partners to provide support across the employee lifecycle.
    • Lead talent management efforts to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and retains top talent that aligns with the business's needs and values.
    • Partner with leaders to identify critical roles and key talent and develop plans to staff these roles with high-potential employees.
    • Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams.
    • Provide oversight and expertise to manage employee relations, including labour and employment concerns.
    • Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans to support major organizational transformations.
    • Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on workforce planning and HR key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Ensure policies, practices, and processes comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Qualifications:
    • A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
    • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles within complex organizations with a focus on business process management or related industries.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
