About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment solutions and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies.
