  • Strategic Sales Planning

    Prepare and implement data-driven sales plans, including monthly reporting, annual goals, sales and marketing budgets, forecasts, and other reports as directed.


  • Financial Analysis

    Analyze monthly P&L reports and identify deviations from business plan goals, working closely with Finance to ensure accurate financial forecasts.


  • Team Management

    Conduct daily briefings with the department, direct and manage all sales activities to maximize revenue, and survey competition and market trends to inform business intelligence.


  • Marketing and Public Relations

    Develop and manage advertising, public relations, and promotional activities in conjunction with corporate marketing and public relations departments, actively participating in sales presentations, property tours, and customer meetings.


  • Performance Management

    Conduct performance reviews, manage performance issues, and monitor team members' performance, attitude, and professionalism, ensuring a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.


    Additional Requirements

    • Be fully conversant with hotel fire and life safety procedures.
    • Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management.
