Job Description

This role requires you to be the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining long-term relationships with onboarded merchants. You must use your acumen and understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem and network to develop holistic solutions for the accounts allotted.

As a sales and account management executive, you will:

  • Be responsible for identifying and meeting potential clients through growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
  • Develop deep understanding and hold over each account to make it difficult for competitors to enter
  • Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue

Required Skills and Qualifications

You should possess good communication and negotiation skills to handle key accounts. Experience in managing enterprise accounts (large retailers) is essential.
