Company Overview
We provide consumers with a range of services including utility payments and money transfers. Merchants benefit from acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR, and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and other banks' financial instruments.
To further enhance merchants' business, we offer commerce services through advertising and the Paytm Mini app store. Our platform enables us to offer credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL sourced by our financial partners.
Job Description
This role requires you to be the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining long-term relationships with onboarded merchants. You must use your acumen and understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem and network to develop holistic solutions for the accounts allotted.
As a sales and account management executive, you will:
- Be responsible for identifying and meeting potential clients through growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Develop deep understanding and hold over each account to make it difficult for competitors to enter
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue
Required Skills and Qualifications
You should possess good communication and negotiation skills to handle key accounts. Experience in managing enterprise accounts (large retailers) is essential.
