Job Description

The Lead Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and client relationship management for the Accor Plus program in the Pacific region. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct a team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with key personnel in the region and ensure customer feedback is handled promptly.
  • Manage and direct workload to ensure accuracy and effective time management.
  • Collate performance data using sales reports and provide weekly and monthly sales presentations to the Vice President Operations.

Main Complexity/Critical Issues in the Job
  • Ensuring that occupancy target and sales target are met.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales budget.
  • Average overall 70% occupancy.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
