Job Title: Sales Development Manager
At Hub Work, we are seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including research, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present our services to clients and negotiate contracts that meet their requirements.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
