Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partnerships with Indian colleges and universities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.

The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and formalizing partnerships, as well as negotiating Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and articulation agreements for student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities.

This is a key role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to support student progression and twinning programs
  • Negotiate MoUs and articulation agreements with partner institutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to design progression pathways and credit transfer models
  • Project manage end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships, international relations
  • Strong understanding of Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends
  • Proven experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across India and occasionally internationally
