- Develop and execute plans to grow the long haul travel business.
- Own the profit and loss statement for the long haul vertical and ensure top-line and bottom-line performance.
- Define and drive the product portfolio, market positioning, and pricing strategy.
- Curate and manage customized itineraries for long haul destinations.
- Introduce unique travel experiences and partnerships aligned with emerging traveler preferences.
- Leverage technology to enhance trip planning and booking processes.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective training and conversion.
- Monitor channel performance and optimize for profitability.
- Identify opportunities for expansion in key markets.
- Build and manage strong supplier relations with destination management companies, hotels, airlines, and local tour operators.
