
Adhoc Groups Business Development Manager

As a Group Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Adhoc Groups business by driving end-to-end group travel solutions.
Purpose of Role:The successful candidate will strategically lead and grow the Adhoc Groups business by developing and delivering customized travel solutions for varied group segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth Strategy:
- Create and implement strategic growth plans for the Adhoc Groups vertical to drive revenue and margin targets.
- Business Development:
- Identify key demand segments and develop customized offerings aligned with group size, purpose, and traveler profile.
- Tour Operations:
- Curate destination-specific group itineraries and customize products for long haul and short haul destinations based on seasonality and trends.
- Sales Support:
- Partner with sales teams for proposal creation and client presentations.
- Client Relationships:
- Lead high-value client discussions and support in deal closures.
- Operations Management:
- Monitor and improve conversion ratios of leads to confirmed groups.
- Supervise pre-tour, on-tour, and post-tour operations to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Partnerships:
- Maintain strong relations with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and transport partners.
- Negotiations:
- Negotiate group deals, block inventories, and secure preferred rates.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of group planners, coordinators, and operations executives.
