About the Role:

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and feedback over phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media in English or Hindi.
  • Convert queries into sales and coordinate with marketplaces for promotional activities.
  • Partner with restaurants, event management companies, retailers, and corporate clients to drive business growth.
  • Manage customer inquiries efficiently and communicate with a premium customer base.
  • Understand tableware and home décor categories quickly and assist customers with technical and billing-related queries.
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve customer queries and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills.
  • Good work ethics and calm attitude.
  • Able to manage escalations and queries efficiently.
