
Urgent Hiring For The Role Of A Business Development

Onboard new clients and maintain long-term relationships to expand the customer base.
Achieve monthly turnover, revenue, and profit targets aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate competitive markets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track progress against KPIs.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Business Development / Sales in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry.
Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
Strong network of clients in the freight forwarding / export-import sector.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with result-oriented mindset.
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (Any discipline; MBA preferred).
Age: No bar for the right candidate.
Key Result Areas (KRA): New client onboarding.
Achievement of monthly sales turnover and profitability targets.
Expansion of the company's presence in the freight forwarding industry.
