Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for proactively calling prospective clients from provided leads and directories to engage in meaningful conversations with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNI), clearly communicating the value of our premium products and offerings.

In this role, you will also qualify potential leads and schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team while maintaining and updating call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Additionally, you will handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both Hindi and English – verbal and written.
  • Personality: A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage.
  • Communication: Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets.
