
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team.
The role involves managing client and channel partner relationships, delivering project presentations, and driving business growth through strategic outreach.
- Proactively connect with direct clients and channel partners through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct in-person project presentations, walkthroughs, and client briefings
- Deliver training sessions to channel partners at their offices or onsite to enhance product understanding
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes
- Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times
- 1–5 years of experience in sales (real estate sales preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in handling presentations, client discussions, and training sessions
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Comfortable with local travel for meetings, site visits, and partner engagement
- Self-driven, target-focused, and adaptable
