Freight Forwarding and Logistics Business Development Professional

As a key member of our team, you will drive business growth initiatives in the freight forwarding & logistics sector. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard new clients and maintain long-term relationships to expand our customer base.
You will achieve monthly turnover, revenue, and profit targets aligned with company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate competitive markets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). Represent us at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Required skills and qualifications include:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
Key areas of focus for this role include:
- New client onboarding.
- Achievement of monthly sales turnover and profitability targets.
- Expansion of our presence in the freight forwarding industry.
Qualifications: A Graduate or Postgraduate degree from any discipline, preferably an MBA. Age: No restrictions for the right candidate.
