We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving business development initiatives, onboarding new clients, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Drive business development initiatives in the freight forwarding & logistics sector.
- Onboard new clients and maintain long-term relationships to expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly turnover, revenue, and profit targets aligned with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate competitive markets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track progress against KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Business Development / Sales in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong network of clients in the freight forwarding / export-import sector.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with result-oriented mindset.
- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (Any discipline; MBA preferred).
- Age: No bar for the right candidate.

- New client onboarding.
- Achievement of monthly sales turnover and profitability targets.
- Expansion of the company's presence in the freight forwarding industry.
