Job Title: Opportunity Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our bid process from start to finish, ensuring that all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting research to identify new business opportunities and creating impactful proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition. They will also be able to develop winning strategies that align with client needs and collaborate with global and local teams to deliver solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end bid process including opportunity identification, research, and final submission.
  • Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
  • Develop winning strategies that articulate our value proposition and in-house model benefits.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.

Key qualifications include:

  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
