Enterprise Sales Manager

Sources new Enterprise clients for Fiserv, identifying opportunities and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Develops comprehensive solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.
  • Custimizes solutions to meet unique client needs and ensures favourable contract negotiations.
  • Focuses on pipeline management by providing accurate forecasts to senior management while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source new Enterprise merchants for Fiserv.
  • Grow the wallet share for the existing portfolio assigned to you.
  • Ensure commercial & contractual closure with merchant partners.
  • Liaise with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing.
  • Handle Portfolios and serve queries of customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, Fintech and/or technology enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment.
  • Experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business acumen.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
