Building Scalable Automation Systems

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
An automation-first mindset is key to driving business growth and efficiency. As an Automation Professional, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining powerful automations using no-code and low-code tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation workflows that streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
- Integrate third-party APIs and build custom connectors where needed.
- Develop scalable, modular automation systems that meet business needs.
- Work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement automation solutions that drive maximum impact.
- Perform development logic when needed for custom integrations or advanced workflows.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, etc.)
- Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML)
- Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable automation systems
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Strong documentation habits
- Knowledge of Python or Java for building custom backend logic when required
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with CRMs, marketing automation platforms, or internal dashboards
- Familiarity with SaaS workflows, lead gen pipelines, or content automation stacks
