About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Cloud Engineer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and deploying scalable systems across multi-region environments, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy scalable systems across multi-region environments, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Implement DevOps & DevSecOps practices with automation-first approaches for deployments, security, compliance, and monitoring.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Leverage containerization & orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Compose.
- Administer and optimize Linux systems, focusing on performance, security, and automation.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Develop Python, Bash, and Shell scripts for automation, tooling, and system orchestration.
- Implement and manage network configurations, including LAN, WAN, IPv4, IPv6, VPNs, site-to-site connectivity, and firewalls.
- Leverage monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and AWS CloudWatch.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing AWS services at scale in production environments.
- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and IaC practices.
- Strong Linux administration skills, preferably with Ubuntu or Debian.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Compose for container orchestration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python, Bash, and Shell.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN, WAN, IPv4, IPv6, VPNs, and firewalls.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to AI/ML-based productivity tools for DevOps workflows.
- Hands-on experience with APM tools such as New Relic or Sentry.
