Hi,Greeting for Golden opportunity Position Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Experience Level: 10+ years in Oracle HCM, with minimum 5 years specifically in ORC Work Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Work Mode: 100%Remote Job Description: Experience: - 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Must have at least 3 ORC Implementation experience with emphasis on Journeys and, ORC Application flows.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies, as well as experience configuring ORC to support these processes.Proven track record in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud and HCM Cloud application solutions.Must be able to lead functional discussions to analyze build requirements and brainstorm solutions.Demonstrate a clear understanding of the cross-functional impact of all HCM Oracle modules, with emphasis on HCM Core and ORC modules.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and customizations, including knowledge of ORC APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud environments.Familiarity with system integration techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including requisition management, candidate tracking, and offer workflows.Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and implement them in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.Certifications: Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification preferred.
