Job Description:

This role requires an individual with extensive experience in technical development, specifically in Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Technical Development. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in this area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting payroll data extracts, updating RTF templates, and working on BIP and OTBI developments.

Additionally, they will need to possess strong SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming skills, as well as experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, SDLC, and JIRA.

The position also involves reviewing open cases/issues, troubleshooting for resolution, and coordinating with team members regarding required open tickets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in US and Canada Payroll.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical development.
  • Excellent knowledge of Fast Formulas, BIP, and OTBI.
  • Experience with payroll data extracts, RTF template updates, and HDL.
  • Strong SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming skills.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, JIRA, and HCM Extracts.
  • Experience in Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
