We're looking for a talented GTM Intern to play a crucial role in Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and build target customer lists across industries (Logistics, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail).
- Identify decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Heads of Ops) and collect verified contact information.
- Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria.
Next, you'll focus on Outreach & Pipeline Building:
- Execute outreach campaigns via email, calls, and other channels.
- Craft compelling first-touch messages that secure meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity.
You'll also work on Sales Development:
- Shadow and support discovery calls with prospects.
- Document customer pain points and map them to our use cases.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pilot plans, and follow-up emails.
In addition, you'll help create GTM Collateral & Demos:
- Help create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Support product demo sessions and take structured meeting notes.
Finally, you'll contribute to Market & Account Intelligence:
- Track competitors, industry news, and enterprise AI adoption trends.
- Research key accounts to personalize outreach and positioning.
And Metrics & Reporting:
- Track weekly KPIs: outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates.
- Prepare reports for the sales and GTM team on progress and insights.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate (Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields).
- Strong sales orientation — email marketing, outreach, cold calling.
- Crisp written & verbal communication; ability to turn messy inputs into executive-ready content.
- Entrepreneurial bias to action — scrappy, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong research & analytical skills.
- Bonus: Exposure to startups, consulting clubs, B2B SaaS, or AI.
