This role will play a key part in identifying business challenges, driving product improvements, and fueling growth. You'll collaborate across teams, analyze data, and execute experiments with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Interpret product usage data to uncover gaps and identify growth opportunities.
  • Tackle product and user experience issues through research and iteration.
  • Work closely with teams to deliver impactful changes.
  • Design and execute experiments to track metrics and iterate on activation funnels and retention cohorts.
  • Conduct benchmarking, user interviews, and internal process audits.
  • Manage growth experiments from ideation to execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, Philosophy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is beneficial.
