Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing growth experiments across paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and more.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, specifically targeting SMBs. They will analyze performance data to quickly double down on wins and cut losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute structured growth experiments to identify and validate marketing channels.
  • Analyze performance data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with U.S.-based fitness/health SMBs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation (bonus if SMB-focused).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, Meta/Google Ads, analytics platforms, and other relevant tools.
  • A generalist mindset, comfortable running experiments across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of taking a company from experimentation to repeatable channel success.
