
Digital Growth Strategist

As a key member of the Digital Business Unit, you will drive growth and adoption for our mobile app across various customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic on our channels and boost conversion rates from target bases.
- Analyse user journeys to identify areas for improvement and optimise visitor and conversion rates on our platforms.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and digital marketing teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer personas and tailored outreach initiatives.
- Use data analytics and segmentation to craft targeted marketing strategies, conduct A/B testing, and validate hypotheses.
- Own the end-to-end measurement framework for growth experiments, ensuring data accuracy and impact assessment. Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and growth experiments.
- Work with BI/analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) to extract, clean, and interpret large datasets.
- Product Enhancement:
- Advise on new feature and product development to meet customer needs.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to create awareness and engagement campaigns, ensuring a strong focus on customer requirements.
- Implement cross-sell and upsell initiatives to increase adoption of new products among existing consumers.
- Co-create and optimise user journeys for cross-sell and upsell opportunities with Digital Product Managers.
- 2-6 years of experience in growth/product marketing for digital businesses/apps.
- Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working with campaign management tools like Moengage, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Adobe etc. and marketing tools like Firebase, Appsflyer.
- Hands-on experience with data extraction and interpretation tools like SQL, Power BI.
- Previous experience executing D2C campaigns and content strategies.
- Experience managing digital portfolios for banks/fintech/NBFCs is an advantage.
