We're not just about ads — we're about building a new-age marketing culture where smart work and creativity win. This role isn't your typical media buying position. As a Junior Google Ads Buyer, you'll have the opportunity to plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns for high-growth D2C brands.

What You'll Do:
  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
  • Research target audiences, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns daily by adjusting bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting.
  • Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to test new ideas, creatives, and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ad formats, and Google platform updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads for D2C brands.
  • Grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
