Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive performance marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead budget allocation and performance reporting at senior leadership levels.
  • Develop frameworks for continuous testing and optimization of ad creatives, conversion funnels, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Implement data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, guiding teams and influencing stakeholders.
