
Revenue Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth and increase market share
* Acquire new clients through strategic partnerships and sales efforts
* Maximize revenue from existing clients by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Build and lead a team of IT hiring experts who can source top talent in the industry
* Oversee staffing and recruitment delivery to ensure timely and cost-effective results
* Manage client relationships and delivery in IT/SAP Staffing & IT Recruitment
* Source candidates using job postings, referrals, and other platforms
* Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for key client accounts
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in new client development in IT/SAP recruitment & contract staffing
* Proven track record of maximizing revenue and driving business growth
* Strong academic records are a must
Engagement Model: Fix Fee + Performance Incentives (50:50)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing with deep understanding of tech skills and sourcing platforms. They should be a hard core sales professional with an entrepreneurship spirit, long-term commitment, and high level of IQ and maturity. The candidate should also be ready to work as a partner in the business with a global focus.
