
Senior Revenue Growth Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth through analysis and optimization of revenue streams.
- Analyze short- and long-term forecasts to identify trends in inventory levels, occupancy rates, and strategic sales goals.
- Monitor marketing channels, key account production, and ensure rate parity across all distribution channels.
- Review future bookings and evaluate trends to update distribution channels with rate or inventory restrictions as needed.
- Develop region-specific strategies to drive growth, establish performance benchmarks, and measure progress.
- Monitor the competition weekly to identify selling strategies and emerging trends.
This role requires expertise in financial management, revenue analysis, and business development.
Requirements:- MBA or postgraduate degree in finance or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the travel/airline/hotel industry, with at least 3-5 years in revenue management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
