Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to drive strategic growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize revenue across diverse hotels and resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-property revenue management across our managed and asset-managed hotels, aligning commercial strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design data-driven pricing strategies, optimizing revenue potential.
  • Drive channel optimization (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve an optimal business mix, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for stakeholders and leadership, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, operations, and marketing teams to synchronize revenue and commercial strategies, driving overall business success.
  • Support pre-opening hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies, ensuring a strong market presence.
  • Introduce scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management, empowering property-level executives and strengthening internal commercial capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure, driving sustained growth and profitability.
  • A proven track record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats, demonstrating expertise in revenue optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution channels, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools, ensuring seamless integration and maximum revenue extraction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies, driving business outcomes.
  • Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property General Managers, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented decisions.
  • Comfortable working in both entrepreneurial white-label models and structured asset management environments, adapting to diverse business landscapes.
