Hotel Renovation Project Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Engineer to lead complex renovation projects for high-end hotels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing planning, scheduling, BOQs, and budgeting for multiple hospitality sites.

  • Manage end-to-end renovation project execution with expertise in MEP, Civil, Interior, and fit-outs.
  • Oversee project execution including structural works, electrical installations, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Approval of layout drawings from consultants, architects, and interior designers.
  • Preparation of project completion schedules to ensure timely and quality work execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with hotel industry experience and exposure to hotel renovation project management.
  • Good knowledge in luxury interiors, architectural finishes, and fit-out processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex hotel renovation projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Track cost and variations to ensure project profitability.
  • Manage material procurement schedules and coordination with contractors.
