Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist located in Vishakapatnam. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a neat and orderly front desk area. The successful candidate will ensure a pleasant and seamless experience for all guests. Adding to that they are responsible to make reports of collections and expenses.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Reservations management
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or related industry is a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
