Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.
- Regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to ensure optimal cooking results.
- Maintain accurate food logs and monitor the quantity and quality of prepared foods.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues during busy periods to ensure seamless service.
- Inform the chef of excess food items for use in daily specials and keep the Food & Beverage service staff informed of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
Requirements:
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree related to the field
- At least 3 years of experience in a related role
