
Culinary Team Manager

About this position:
As a key member of our culinary team, you will manage a primary Galley section independently with minimal supervision.
This critical role receives full support from senior management across all areas.
You will act as the link between Galley Management and junior positions within the Galley operation, requiring comprehensive knowledge of all sections in both hot and cold kitchens.
Responsibilities include contributing suggestions for improvements to the overall Galley team, identifying training needs, addressing operational issues, preparing daily electronic requisitions, checking merchandise in Galley stores, and upholding compliance with Public Health Policies and Company Regulations.
Key Requirements: Knowledge of western/continental cuisine is essential.
