Enterprise Key Account Management

The Enterprise Key Account Manager role is a critical position responsible for managing and growing key client accounts within the region and specific verticals across India.

This position requires a deep understanding of manufacturing technologies, strong knowledge of the industry, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients.

  • Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the enterprise sector, serving as the primary point of contact and developing a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling, aligning client business objectives with our products and services.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our solutions to key clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and acquiring new enterprise clients.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth, coordinating resources to address client needs and deliver on commitments.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and working with internal teams to enhance our offerings and service delivery.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the enterprise sector, leveraging this knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and differentiate our solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting our interests, managing contract renewals, expansions, and amendments.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and sales forecasts, providing regular updates to the management team on the status of key accounts and sales activities.
