The role of an account manager is a critical component of our business strategy, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction through effective management of existing accounts.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Mine existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilize available resources to drive account retention and growth.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and document as SOW.
- Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise account management or business development in a SaaS company.
- Ability to provide client service to a large number of client accounts with passion, strong initiatives, and positive attitude.
- Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs, and cross-functional project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
- Consultative sales background or experience as a solutions engineer is a plus.
- Confident and dynamic working persona which can bring fun to the team and sense of humor is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, judgment, and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
