The Commercial Growth Specialist is responsible for developing business partnerships, generating leads, and establishing a robust logistics network for used cooking oil collection.
Main Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities and schedule meetings with potential clients (food business operators).
- Conduct site visits to onboard food business operators for used cooking oil supply.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the development and management of logistics for used cooking oil collection.
- E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements during collection and supply.
- Education: Graduate degree from any stream.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with prior field internship or experience preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in English, with proficiency in Hindi and local regional languages.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
