Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in new business pitches and be responsible for the effective onboarding of new clients.

As the lead point of contact for your customers, you will develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. You will also mine existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilize available resources to drive account retention and growth.

You will work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Additionally, you will analyze latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and track competitors' activities to provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise account management or business development in a SaaS company
  • Ability to provide client service to a large number of client accounts with passion, strong initiatives, and positive attitude
  • Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs, and cross-functional project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
  • Consultative sales background or experience as a solutions engineer is a plus
  • Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humor, is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, judgment, and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
