Job Title:

Senior Enterprise Sales Professional

 

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth through new projects and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building relationships, executing sales campaigns, and leading high-performing sales teams.

 

About the Role:

  • Develop strategic relationships with C-Level executives and IT teams in multi-level enterprise companies
  • Execute sales campaigns around core offerings to generate new revenue opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, with a proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals
  • Leverage prior consulting sales experience to influence client resourcing strategies and create tailored solutions
  • Lead proposal and RFP creation for client proposals and presentations
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team while maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach direct reports on strategies to drive closures
  • Report sales activities and forecasts to senior sales management
  • Monitor team sales activities and track results

 

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with CIO/VP/Director-level client contacts
  • Excellent in-person presentation and communication skills
  • Strong background in relationship-building and contract negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build a large pipeline of outbound leads and close deals
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in selling consulting and IT services/solutions for an established IT consulting firm
  • Experience in hiring, training, and managing sales representatives
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry-specific business drivers
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills
