Job Title: Inbound Sales Specialist

At Verifitech Services - India, we are seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, engaging with potential customers, and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our products or services.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and articulate the value proposition to potential customers.
  3. Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale, and provide accurate pricing, negotiate terms, and handle objections effectively.
  4. CRM and Documentation: Enter and maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in our CRM system, and generate quotes, proposals, and contracts as needed.
  5. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, prioritize and manage leads effectively to maximize conversion rates, and identify opportunities for sales growth and proactively pursue them.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inbound sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
